When you think of breast implants, you think of women who increase their cup size. But that isn't always the case.

Cosmetic surgeons say many women who have breast implants to increase their breast size, can wind up getting another surgery, this time to decrease the cup size. In some cases, the change is done to make the breast size more manageable. Some celebrity watchers say that there seems to be a shift in Hollywood, with fewer celebrities looking overly enhanced. Women who get larger cup sizes may also wind up feeling self-conscious. And there is also the issue of back problems, something which prompts many women to seek breast reduction surgery even if they haven't had implants to begin with.
